Kate Smith is a licensed Naturopathic physician, certified Holistic Pelvic Care ™ practitioner, and and certified Yoga instructor. She believes in the innate healing ability of the human body and spirit, when given the attention and care that is needed. An essential approach to Dr. Kate's practice is teaching her patients and students to truly listen to the messages within their physical, mental and emotional symptoms, and to remember the inherent wisdom, vitality and self care we each possess. Drawing from the traditions of Naturopathic medicine and Yoga, Dr. Kate provides her patients with education, inspiration and holistic therapies to awaken to new levels of self awareness and well being.
