This is the greatest place to take your dogs! I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else. They have everything, grooming, daycare, boarding and I'm sure alot more. Jack, Marsha and the rest of the staff are just the best! They get 10 stars from me ❤️❤️❤️
They take wonderful care of my dog. They groom her to look so cute.
I’ve been going to Spot for 7 years (Freddy’s whole life) and have been extremely satisfied the entire time. The staff truly does have the best interest of their clients in mind ! I highly recommend them !
Well I called and spoke to owner of this shop, it came recommended by our Vet office by word of mouth. After speaking to Marsha I was convinced that this was the grooming place for us and our Boykin Spaniels. I made a appointment for two weeks down the road....upon showing up I was greeted by a person who was just ok in her attitude towards me and my dog. It seems that there wasn't a appointment made after all....and they could not do the Grooming they wanted to reschedule fo...r a week later, I could not, the Boykin is going through some heavy training before he competes on labor day weekend. :( Now I am stuck here without a groomed dog and no other leads where to take him otherwise. I am extremely disappointed in this Business and the way they have miss handled this situation....he was no where on the books..it was not a mistake in dates. Now I will have to try and groom him for the upcoming events....not good....not good on any accounts. Owner on Vacation and won't be back till the 23rd....I will certainly be giving her a call on this issue. I don't normally do reviews unless warranted be it Good or Bad. Terri Williams and 'yes' I did leave pissed!!!!
We have been bringing our boys to The Spot for 8 yrs I love Marsha and Jack On Dec 16 2013. Our house caught fire we lost our healer and cat. But our boys were at The Spot that morning What a blessing. Marsha and jack were so awesome they didn't hesitate to help us our boys stayed there for 6 weeks till we could get them back. It was great knowing that they were safe. Plus they are the best groomers around. My Bailey goes CRAZY when he realizes he going there. He runs in and can't wait to play with all the other dogs. Wouldn't go any where else's Kiss to you both from Bailey and Willie
