Rachael Wilson is the most incredible realtor! She is an expert in her field and has the knowledge and experience to market and sell properties quickly. We have appreciated her guidance, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail! She is positive and very skilled at negotiating for your benefit. Rachael helped us buy our first home five years ago and helped us sell that very same home this last summer. She has so much knowledge and is very patient. She helped me through the somewhat long and often frustrating process of selling a home. Once we were on the market we sold very fast and for over asking! She is well respected in the reality business which helps tremendously when working deals with other agents. Rachael is now more like family than just our realtor. She is so caring. I literally recommend her to everyone I know who is buying or selling.

This is the second time I've used Rachael. She helped me find my first house in Bellingham, and when it was time to sell it, she was my agent for that transaction as well as helping me with the purchase of my new house. She's very knowledgeable about the local market and I believe set reasonable expectations about both asking and purchase prices. She also really went above and beyond the call of duty on my house purchase. With temporary mobility problems right at the time we were getting ready to close on the deal, Rachael took care of a number of things I was unable to. I highly recommend her.
If there were ten stars, that's what I would rate our experience with Rachael Wilson. She is, by far, the best realtor I have worked with in my entire lifetime (and I have bought and sold several homes). Rachael went out of her way to be our "eyes and ears" in Bellingham, since we live on the East Coast and could not attend to the every day stuff that is involved in buying a home. The transaction was completed seamlessly thanks, in great part, to Rachael's efforts. I would recommend Rachael Wilson to anyone considering buying a home in the Bellingham Area or whatever areas she services.
