We were first-time home owners and a military family planning to move. This was our first time selling a home, and we were filled with apprehension and "what-ifs". Penny's professionalism, confidence, and down-to-earth approach established trust and rapport quickly, making the process seem ridiculously easy and seamless. Her in-depth analysis of the market vs. our home value was spot-on, detailed, and statistically-based, and her suggested listing price was almost identic...al to the selling price. From her first home visit to the official closing of our home, we always felt we selected the most qualified, genuine, invested, and attentive real estate agent possible. She showcased her attentiveness and level of investment through her response time - we could text at any time of the day or night, and within minutes, she responded with details beyond what we requested. She has developed an extensive network of specialists that came in quite handy during the selling process. Our buyers requested HVAC and a myriad of other minor fixes - she offered assistance and, when we accepted, provided multiple reputable options from which we could research and choose from. She's even offered to help us down the road when we buy our "forever home" following military retirement. She goes above and beyond at every step of the way, eliminating the anxiety of the unknown. She was truly a blessing throughout this process, and I would unequivocally recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, regardless of geographical location - she's that good.
We are totally impressed with Penny’s expertise in real estate. She clearly loves what she does and works hard with undying energy for her clients. Penny has a contagious smile and is totally generous with her time. Our situation was complex but Penny was not concerned and gave us the confidence we needed to set the wheels in motion. She took it upon herself to purchase items and staged our home in an attractive manner. Penny wrote an excellent description and her photograph...er took amazing pictures. She kept us informed every step of the way and we eagerly sought her valuable advise. We were provided timely feedback on all Inquiries and scheduled showings. We definitely put her through her paces, but she stayed the course thru a very trying selling/closing process. You were a joy to work with Penny, and your professionalism shone through at all times. I contacted Penny about 6 months before we listed our house for sale. She quickly came out to our property and gave us ideas on which projects to focus on and how to get our house ready to list and show. We listed in October 2017, received multiple offers and closed in January 2018 for $5,000 over asking price. Throughout the process Penny was always available to answer questions and explain each step. She has a great sense of humor that was very much appreciated. She was a pleasure to work with!
Finally able to settle down after an Army career of moving around the world, it was time for us to buy a house. We were in contact with Penny the weeks leading up to our move here from Germany. She seemed to know exactly what we wanted. When it was finally time for our first day of house hunting with Penny, she was extremely sweet and helpful. We had the feeling that she actually enjoyed doing this with us. I still hear her words as we were driving up to. The fourth prop...erty to view. “I am so psyched for you guys to see this one.” And she was right. It was the one. We fell in love instantly. Thank you Penny for helping us find our little piece of paradise. The buying process was extremely scary and stressful for us as it was an entirely new experience. But Penny helped us through it all the way with lots of understanding and patience. She had answers to all of our questions, took care of all of the paperwork, so all we needed to do is sign. I would buy through Penny again, if we would ever move out of this house. - I doubt it though
My family and I moved crossed the world well it felt that way. We starting talking to Penny about a month before the big move. She immediately sent us listings of homes that meet our needs. She was able to view the houses for us, sending videos of each home we liked. Which was a huge help because pictures don't always do justice. She would always answer texts/calls in a timely fashion. She truly cares and wants the best for her clients. Our transaction was not easy and she was pleasant, and had patience with us the ENTIRE time.
