We reached out to Kenny after years of trying to find the perfect rural property for our family. We were given a nice broad list to look at, and literally, the very first one we decided to view, we wanted. Next began the long slog of working through the huge amount of issues one must deal with with rural land. Kenny led the way... confidently and knowingly and helped us work through every hiccup we hit. He had all the right resources, from inspectors to lawyers, to help us feel confident and comfortable in our purchase. On multiple occasions Kenny reminded us we could back out at any point, and he always left us feeling like he was there 100% with us during all the difficult decisions we had to make. Kenny was always available, he would reply to calls, texts or emails within a very short time span. On top of it all he was amazing with our kids, who were often in tow, which is always an awesome bonus from any angle.
